$\triangle ABC$ is an isosceles triangle with $AB=BC$ and $\angle B = 20^\circ$ . $AD$ bisects $\angle A$ and $O$ is the circumcenter of $\triangle ABC$ . Find $\angle BDO$ in degrees.
