Ok here's the solution, the guy named "perry" said that the number is related to his name, lets transcript his name to numbers, P = 16, E = 5, R = 18, R = 18 again and Y = 25, he said that his name(that is related to numbers) is inverted from left to right in GROUPS so if his name is P/E/R/R/Y it would be Y/R/R/E/P so the numbers 16/5/18/18/25 would be 25/18/18/5/16, so the correct answer is 251818516 :)
