2 ghosts are throwing bowling balls towards each other.
At time = 0, the 2 balls of radius 5 cm. are rolled directly towards each other.
If their distance apart at time = 0 is 40 m, measured from the centers, and their speeds are 80 cm/s, find the time when each ball will be 1/2 intersected in the other.
Give answer correct to 3 decimal places.
Assume that the balls have only 2 dimensions (plane circles).
The answer is 24.975.
