As you (probably) know, 7 is a lucky number (to most people). So in clue 4 when I say the triangle's value is lucky, I mean the triangle equals seven. Then, 7 x 2 = 14 so a square must equal 14. Then, 14 x 3 = 42, so a pentagon must equal 42. Finally, 42 x 4 = 168, which must be a hexagon's value. Do 168 + 42 + 14 + 7 = 231, so the value of a pentagon, hexagon, square, and triangle added together is 231 .
