Harbour Bridge in 2050
Sydney Harbour Bridge is redesigned in such a way that vehicles can travel on the arch of the bridge as well.
Adam and Terry each take a brick of equal mass and put it on a weighing scale in their car. Terry goes through the main bridge while Adam goes over the arch. Both travel at the same constant speed.
When Adam is at the top of the bridge, whose weighing machine will show a greater reading for the weight of the brick?
