7 x 3 ( x 2 + 1 ) + ( 5 x 2 ) 2 + 3 x 2 8 x 14 x 4 = 4 28 x 7x^{3}(x^{2}+1)+(5x-2)^{2}+3x^{2}-8x-14x^{4}=4-\frac{28}{x} .

where x 0 x \not=0 . If the number of complex roots is z z ,and the number of real roots is r r ,then what is z r \frac{z}{r} .
