the highest degree of the polynomial reveals the no. of solutions :D :D

I don't what your last problem was,but this too is easy,the highest power or the exponent is the number of solutions,so ans is 3

a linear equation has 1 solution

a quadratic equation has 2 solutions

a cubic equation has 3 solutions

Dude, there is a huge problem, an equation must have the sign "=" in it exactly once. Here you did not even mention real solutions or not, hence the only possible answer is "not possible to know".
