H3BO3 is a weak acid with basicity 1 , It acts as a lewis acid in its Aqueous Solution.....Here's The Reaction→

H3BO3 + H2O <===> B[(OH)4]^ (-ve) + H^(+ve)

Boric acid may seem to have basicity 3 but it atually has basicity 1. The reason is that it has eficiency of electrons. I am not sure to how much extent resonance of electrons plays part in its basicity being 1.
