A long dielectric cylinder of radius R is statically polarized so that at all its points, the polarization vector is in the direction of the position vector and magnitude is given by P=ar where a is a positive constant and r is the distance from the axis. The cylinder is rotated with angular speed w. Find Magnetic induction at the center of the sphere?
