1 solution

dx/dy=log100=2. Therefore dy/dx=1/2=0.5

How did you get that dx/dy=log100? can you clarify it with more steps?

Differentiate both sides of the equation with respect to y and put y=0

Assuming the equation reads x = y 100 + log 100 y x= y^{100} + \log_{100} y .

The curve doesn't pass through the point ( 0 , 0 ) (0,0) , so this question is impossible to solve. Which makes your solution wrong.

It's not log of y to the base 100, but log of 100^y to the base 10
