though i got it correct but " at a rate of 20 minutes " should be better "" at a rate of 20 packets per minutes " because initially i mistook it as 1 packet in 20 minute

This problem is Doppler effect analogy Where f=20/min V=300m/min and Vs=30m/min F=f(V/(V-Vs)) now just plug in the values We get F=22.22
