Homogenization?

Geometry Level 4

A straight line is drawn from the point ( 1 , 0 ) (1,0) to the curve x 2 + y 2 + 6 x 10 y + 1 = 0 x^2+y^2+6x-10y+1=0 , such that the intercept made on it by the curve subtends a right angle at the origin.

If there are two lines which satisfy the condition, find the sum of their y y values at x = 10 x=10 .

The answer is -10.
