The full spectrum of light is able to penetrate through clear glass, which directly heats all material inside that absorbs the radiation. As this dissipates into its environment it is mostly trapped by a barrier of conduction given by the the naturally insulating glass panes. This is a well documented case known famously as 'the greenhouse effect.' All other mentioned materials don't readily allow the permeability of light, hence remain cool. You're welcome 😀
