How a cube can give you a head ache !!!

Classical Mechanics Level 2

A cube is just floating inside water with a 200 g 200 g mass placed on it .
When the 200 g 200 g mass is removed, the cube is 2 c m 2 cm above water level.
Find the edge of the cube, in cm.

Density of water = 1 g c m 3 1\frac { g }{ { cm }^{ 3 } }

using Archimidies principle, Weight of water displaced=wt of mass 2 s s/1000 10N=2N S S=100 ------>S=10
