For a while, a billion in the UK referred to a million million, or 1,000,000,000,000 and not the currently accepted value of one thousand million or 1,000,000,000

320 million is approximately 300 million

1.5 billion is 1500 million

1500 million/300 million =5

1.500.000.000 / 320.000.000 = 4,6875. So the closest option is 5 dollars.
