  • x x be the size of the square
  • r r be The radius of the circle
  • h h be the height of the bottom triangle

x 2 = 2500 x = 50 x^2 = 2500 \implies x = 50

4 r = 50 r = 12.5 4r = 50 \implies r = 12.5

h = 50 r = 37.5 h = 50 -r = 37.5

The area of the 4 4 triangles = 4 × 1 2 r h = 2 r h = 4 \times \cfrac{1}{2} rh = 2rh

The blue angle = tan 1 h r = tan 1 ( 3 ) = \tan^{-1}{\cfrac{h}{r}} = \tan^{-1}{(3)}

The area of the red part = 2 × π r 2 4 tan 1 ( 3 ) 360 × π r 2 = ( 2 tan 1 ( 3 ) 90 ) × π r 2 = 2 \times \pi r^2 - 4 \cfrac{\tan^{-1}{(3)}}{360} \times \pi r^2 = (2 - \cfrac{\tan^{-1}{(3)}}{90} ) \times \pi r^2

The area of the heart = 2 r h + ( 2 tan 1 ( 3 ) 90 ) × π r 2 = 1528.9 = 2rh + (2 - \cfrac{\tan^{-1}{(3)}}{90} ) \times \pi r^2 = \boxed{1528.9}

Honestly, this question is too hard. But I kinda get it.
