C is correct for sure. This can be explained with special relativity, and I think there are even videos on youtube detailing the solution to this exact thought problem.
B however surprised me, I only selected it randomly. From my understanding time passes at a constant rate for any particular observer so I'm not even certain what is meant by "Time passed slower for the Earth."
I hope the author will post to clear this up.
