Assume that Earth is sphere-shaped.It's radius is 6400 6400 km.A high-tech supersonic plane travels at 2000 2000 km per hour and it's location at a certain moment is at some random place in Earth.If the time for our object to make a full rotation around earth and reach at the same place is x π x\pi hours then what is x 0.4 x-0.4 ?

since earth is sphere shaped so its one rotation would be equal to the circumference of a circle with radius 6400 km. Therefore, 1 rotation equals 2pi x 6400 = 12800pi. The speed is equal to 2000km/hr.Time is equal to 12800pi/2000 = 6.4pi. But 6.4pi = xpi, pi cancel each other out and we are left with x=6.4, so x-0.4= 6.4-0.4 = 6
