This is the sentence "Ther arh five mistakes im this semtennce."

and this is what it has to be "There are five mistakes in this sentence." .

The mistakes are:

  • In the word "There" the 'e' is missing

  • In the word "are" the 'r' is replaced by an 'h'

  • In the word "in" the 'n' is replaced by an 'm'

  • In the "sentence" the 'n' is replaced by an 'm' and the second 'n' (senteNce) there is one more.

True.

Four spelling errors, plus the claim that there are five mistakes.

I count five spelling errors, (the word "semtennce" has two errors), but this would then make the claim in the sentence true, resulting in a total of five mistakes again. So either way, the correct answer is indeed "True".

If it's an error, what would you replace "five" with to correct it?
