Notice the 20 moves is in FTM(face turn metric), not Q(quarter)TM

using wikipedia is cheating

Then how do you solve this?

They spent a lot of years using the computer to find out the "god's number", and there's no way that I can write their full solution in this tiny space.

Also suggest you to add "FTM" to the question.
