Let the numbers be n 1 , n , n + 1 n-1, n, n+1 Now the sum 3 n = 297 n = 99 3n=297\Rightarrow n=99 Hence the greatest number is n + 1 = 100 n+1=100

middle number = sum of numbers/total number

middle number = 297/3= 99

so numbers are 98, 99, 100
