Let's consider the 4 options:

Gravity does not act on an airplane
This is an incorrect statement. The gravity acts on everything, including the airplane.

Anything that moves at high speed can fly in the sky
This statement is also not true. Even bullets eventually fall on earth.

Due to Air buoyancy
An airplane flies against gravity. To do so, it needs a net force in the upward direction. One of the forces in the upward direction is buoyancy force. But, as the density of air is very low, hence air buoyancy is not sufficient to lift the plane. In fact, if air buoyancy is enough to keep planes flying, then it will lift the plane even when it is standing still on the ground.

Due to the design of the airplane
The design of airplane is such that when it is driven on a runway, then the air below the airplane moves slower in comparison to the air above the airplane. According to Bernoulli equation , this difference in speed of air creates a pressure difference. The pressure of the air above the airplane decreases and the pressure below the airplane increases. This creates an upward thrust force, which lifts the airplane in the air.
