The gravity would remain the same except extremely close to the black hole because it still has the same mass

The same mass, but not the same volume. The sun is less dense because it has a greater volume. The black hole is more dense because it has a smaller volume. Density and pressure are directly proportional. Volume is the space an object occupies. The more it occupies the less dense it is, the less it occupies the more dense it is. So, the black hole has more impacts on space than the sun does.

Because none of the variables of the ecuation change, since the mass of the black hole is the same than the mass of the sun, and its centre of mass does not change, neither the gravitational force or the Earth's orbit change.

As we know that gravity depends upon mass, and here mass remains unchanged hence there is no change in gravity so earth would not be sucked in.

If the Sun were replaced by a black hole, the it's mass would be the same, everythnig will be the same except it's volume and density
