Algebra Level 5

Let the range of values a a for which the equation:

x 2 + 2 a x + a = a 2 + x 1 16 1 16 \displaystyle x^2 + 2ax +a = \sqrt{a^2 +x-\dfrac {1}{16}} - \dfrac{1}{16}

has no roots be given by ( a , b ) (a,b) where a a and b b are rational numbers.

And let a 2 + b 2 = c d a^2 + b^2 = \dfrac cd

Then input value of:
