Cylinder A A has diameter 180 π / ( 20 π ) ∗ 2 = 6 < 7 \sqrt{180 \pi/(20 \pi)} * 2=6 <7

Cylinder B B has diameter 80 π / ( 20 π ) ∗ 2 = 4 < 7 \sqrt{80 \pi/(20 \pi)} * 2=4<7

Cylinder C C has diameter 320 π / ( 20 π ) ∗ 2 = 8 > 7 \sqrt{320 \pi/(20 \pi)} * 2=8>7

Cylinders A , B A, B are safe.
