Humans and Werewolves Part2

Logic Level 1

On a certain village, villagers are either human or werewolves. Werewolves always lie \textbf{always lie} and humans always tell the truth \textbf{always tell the truth} . There are 3 villagers, Alice, John and Matt. We know that among them there are exactly 2 werewolves. They each say the following:

Alice \textbf{Alice} : John is a werewolf.

John \textbf{John} : Matt is human.

Matt \textbf{Matt} : Alice is a werewolf.

Which one is human?

Matt Alice John

John must be lying, because there can't be 2 humans! Hence, John and Matt are werewolves.

We didn't need to look at Alice's and Matt's statements.

Alice is the human.

If Alice is telling the truth, then John is a werewolf, and because he is lying, then Matt is also a werewolf. (John and Matt) If Alice is lying, she is one werewolf. That means that John is human, and Matt is human too. (Incorrect) If John is telling the truth, then Matt and himself are human. (Incorrect) If John is lying, then he and Matt are werewolves. (John and Matt) If Matt is telling the truth, then Alice is a werewolf, which means that she is lying, so John is human. This means that Matt is not telling the truth. (Alice and Matt) If Matt is lying, then Alice is human, so John is also a werewolf. (Matt and John)

Most scenarios lead to John and Matt, so hopefully, I'm right.

If Alice is human, then John is a werewolf. Then Matt is also a werewolf. This checks out. If John were human, then so is Matt. This cannot happen because two must be werewolves. If Matt were human, then Alice is a werewolf and therefore John is human. This also cannot happen.
