I am the cube of my digit sum

Number Theory Level 2

There are certain integer that are the cube of the digit sum of itself. For example, 1 7 3 = 4913 17^3=4913 while 4 + 9 + 1 + 3 = 17 4+9+1+3=17 . What is the smallest such positive integer?


The answer is 1.

It is just 1 1 . Don't get fooled by missing that 1 3 = 1 1^3=1 .

For your knowledge, the smallest such integer greater than 1 1 is 512 512 , where ( 5 + 1 + 2 ) 3 = 512 (5+1+2)^3=512 .

1^3=1 so the smallest number should be 1.
