I like trains
An electric train leaves the Detroit station heading west to Seattle on the 310 rail at 80mph after accelerating to that speed following the equation S(t)=.49t^3/2 . However another steam train leaves the Seattle station 4 hours later heading east to Detroit on the same rail at 78mph after accelerating at S(t)= .2t^21/20. The distance from Detroit to Seattle on the 310 rail is 2300 miles. The wind in Minnesota is blowing north and the wind in the Dakota's is blowing south.
Which direction will the steam from the detroit train be blowing just before impact with the seattle train.
