A valley shots are fired simultaneously from top and bottom of a vertical cliff with the angles of elevation $30^\circ$ and $60^\circ$ , respectively. The shots strike an object simultaneously at the same point on the ground. If the distance of that point from the base of the cliff is $a$ meters and the height of the cliff is $h$ meters, then find the value of $\frac{\sqrt{3}h}{a}$ (in metres).
