In order to find all the possible combinations of ice cream combos you need to multiply: 4x31x6x10 by multiplying this you will find out that there are 7440 possible combinations of ice cream combos!

we have all option to make a ice cream, so combination becomes the product of all choice. that's why ans is 4 * 31 * 6 * 10=7440

4X31X6X10 this is the trick so you can find all combinations.For Example I have 3 pants 5 shirts and 4 shoes. How many combinations are possible. It will be 5X4X3=60

In probability, AND means multiply and OR means addition. So...

You can choose 4 different types of ice cream cones AND 31 different ice cream flavors AND 6 flavors of toppings AND 10 types of confetti. So 4 31 6*10=7440.

Its just a matter of adding all the numbers given

i.e ,

as 4C1 = 4 ; 31C1 = 31; 6C1 = 6 ; 10C1 = 10 we can just multiply the values itself than using the nCr.
