13 divides 111111...so any number where ones come in a multiple of 6...

Divisibilty Rule of 13 if the number is 111111(6 digits of one) the remainder would be 1 4+1 3+1 (-1)+1 (-3)+1 (-4)+1 1=0. since the number is 54(6*9) digits of one, the remainder would be 0. which means 13 is the factor of 1111..... 54 times.
