This is a paradox as

  • If it's true, the statement implies it's false

  • If it's false, the statement implies it's true.

A paradox is a statement that is true and false at the same time i.e. it can be neither be true nor be false.

  • If the statment is True: Then the statement implies that it is false.
  • If the statement is False: Then the statement implies that it is true.

Thus the answer will be that this is an impossible scenario
