A rope rests on two platforms which are both inclined at an angle θ . The rope has uniform mass density, and its coefficient of friction with the platform is 1. The system has a left-right symmetry. What is the largest possible fraction of the rope that doesn't touch the platforms? (Give the answer till the fourth decimal place..eg: 0.2036)
