The given equation can be reduced to

2 3 n + 13.5 3 2 m + 4 = 2 4 m + 1 3 n 2^{3n+13.5}3^{2m+4}=2^{4m+1}3^n .

So, 3 n + 13.5 = 4 m + 1 3n+13.5=4m+1

2 m + 4 = n 2m+4=n

Solving we get m = 12.25 m=-12.25 .
