Infinity is not a defined unit such as the number 5, but is rather... well, infinite! 1 times ∞ is ∞, which would also mean that ∞/∞=1. 2 times ∞ also equals ∞, though, which means that ∞/∞ also equals 2. In the same way, ∞/∞ equals 3 and so on.
