Insane Inductor

A conducting rod of mass m m slides along a pair of conducting rails which are separated by a distance D D . Gravity is acting vertically downward direction. A series combination of a resistor ( R ) (R) and an inductor ( L ) (L) completes the circuit. There is an ambient magnetic flux density B B which points into the page.
Initially, the rod has zero speed and there is no current in the circuit. If the magnitude of maximum velocity attained by rod over all time is V m a x |V_{max}| .
If the magnitude of minimum velocity attained by rod over all time is V m i n |V_{min}| .
Type your answer as V m a x V m i n \Large\frac{|V_{max}|}{|V_{min}|} Inspiration
Details and Assumptions
1) m = 1 m=1
2) D = 2 D=2
3) g = 10 g=10
4) R = 2 R=2
5) L = 1 L=1
6) B = 5 B=5
7) Gravity is present and is uniform(downward)
8) Neglect the magnetic field contributions from the rails.
9) Neglect air resitance
10) The answer is greater than 1 1
