The savings union of Brillianopolis pays interest every month, on any savings, of 5% the first month. This might mean that $10.00 rises to $10.50, and $10.50 rises to $11.03 when the interest rate is constantly 5%.
This is confusing enough for the average decimal amateur, but in S.U.B, interest slowly rises, so the next month, $10.50 increases by 6%, the next by %7, and so on.
What is the amount added to the sum in the 5th increment?
