Use the dB scale definition that we likely to read but forget soon it is in resnik, Verna etc books 120=10log(B/A). Which gives A/B to be 10^-12

There wasn't anything to be done actually....Even if you don't know β = 10 l o g ( I / I ( o ) ) \beta =10log(I/I(o)) .One can guess it as loud sound must have more intensity so the asked ratio must be less than 1 1
