It is D. I looked at the third square from the left, the blue one and it says E which is correct. Letter B in this place has been repeated twice so it can't take that place neither letter A. Also, one more thing if we look at the numbers in the diagonal their sum present the place of the letter that is in the second square, according to alphabets, for example:
2 + 1 = 3 third place for letter C,
2 + 8 = 1 0 tenth place for letter J,
3 + 5 = 8 eight place for letter H and
2 + 4 = 6 sixth place for letter F.
Thus, 4 + 9 = 1 3 thirteenth place place for letter M in the alphabets. The answer should be D.
