Is It Really Constant?

If the tangential acceleration of a particle in circular motion is zero throughout the motion then will it be termed as a "constant tangential acceleration"?

NOTE : Consider both the magnitude and the direction of the acceleration.

Here tangential acceleration is a zero vector and since zero vector has an arbitrary direction it is termed as a constant vector.
