11/13 of the problems in the "Mechanics" section are not about Mechanics. Bob Yang is very bad at Mechanics problems, yet he is worse at the "not Mechanics" problems in the Mechanics section. He has a 2/5 chance of solving a Mechanics problem, and a 1/5 chance of solving a "not Mechanics" problem in the Mechanics section. If Bob Yang gets a problem right, there is a 1/2 chance he goes and gets some candy. What is the probability Bob Yang goes and gets candy? The answer is a probability x/y. What is 2y-x?
