Is the information sufficient 3?

Geometry Level 4

Given that:

  • A D \overline{AD} is the median of ABC \triangle \text{ABC}
  • E E and F F are 2 points on A D \overline{AD} such that, A E : E F : F D = 4 : 3 : 1 \overline{AE} : \overline{EF} : \overline{FD} = 4: 3: 1
  • When B E \overline{BE} and B F \overline{BF} are extended going to A C \overline{AC} , it will intersect A C \overline{AC} at points G G and H H respectively.

If the Area of HDC \triangle \text{HDC} is 224 sq. units 224 \ \text{sq. units } , then what is the area of ABC \triangle \text{ABC} ?

Don't mind the lower case letters, just mind the bigger case letters.
