T 2 T 1 = 3 T_2 - T_1 = 3

T 3 T 2 = 1 T_3 - T_2 = 1

T 4 T 3 = 4 T_4 - T_3 = 4

\dots

π = 3.141592653 \pi = 3.141592653 \dots

Differene of one term and its fellow term will make a series by the numbers of π \pi

Thus we get, x = 8 x = 8 and y = 31 y = 31

So, x + y = 39 x + y = \boxed{39}
