Looking at the bottom NOT gates, the output into the last OR gate would be 1, so the final is 1.

As Stephen said, last gate is an OR gate, so if one of both inputs is '1', the output will be '1' too. Therefore, just take the simple path from both (the bottom one), which is a simple double NOT (so 1 not 1 not 1 = 1 --> 1 OR whatever = 1). And done.
