Its a NOR gate where (A + B) inverse = X, apart from all the inputs were zero the result will be zero ,, 1 * 0 = 0

the answer is 0 bcoz it is a nor gate.so it accepts two inputs & gives a single output.also if both inputs are different or both are 1 then it always gives output as 0.
