Its a NAND gate where (A * B) inverse = X, apart from all the inputs were one the result will be one , 1 * 0 * 0 = 1

Here have 3 inputs so if any one inputs is (0) output is high.

This is 3 Input NAND gate. So NAND gate operation is any one input is zero(0) OUTPUT is high(1). Inverse the 3 Input AND gate.
