solved By using De Morgan's law-- (a+b)'=a' x b'

Equal to 2 obviously because it's also an 'or' with a 'not' logic circuit. Equal to 1 because I used De Morgan's law.

DO CHECK IT WITH 3...that matches as well if you give the same inputs
