There is a pipe of height 15m stands vertically in front of my house. An ant is trying to climb it. He moves 5m upwards at day time and 4m downwards at night.
How many days he will take to reach at the top?

The correct way to do this is to calculate the time it will take it to reach 1m. and in this case it is 1 day. So on the second day the ant reaches 6m but comes back to 2. Similarly on the night of the tenth day, the ant will slide back to 10m from 14m. So the next day, it climbs 5m and SURPRISE!! SURPRISE!!, the ant reaches 15m...no need to slide 4m now...
