A ladder of height 12 π \frac{12}{π} centimetre leans against a wall. It starts out flat against the wall, and then the base slides out along the ground untill the ladder lies flat. The ladder touches the wall throughout this motion, then the area underneath the path traced by the mid-point of the ladder is
