2 W × 1 m i n = 2 J s 1 × 60 s = 120 J 2 W \times 1 min = 2 Js^{-1} \times 60 s = 120 J

120 2.4 = 50 \frac{120}{2.4} = \boxed{50}

Remember the formula P=E/T i.e Power=work in Joules/Time( in seconds) and you will be able to solve it.

work done in one expansion = 2.4 J , time=60 sec. let number of expansion be x , so work=2.4*x

power=work/time 2=2.4*x/60 x=50
